Thursday of Spirit Week was PJ day. We all came looking like kids on Christmas Eve, and Santa came and it was great. I brought a bucket of mini candy canes, and it was awesome. We didn't win though, but we were the best. Anyway and Friday (as always) was Color Day. (every class has a color) Our color, in case you couldn't tell, is orange. Every class designs a shirt and they wear that shirt and anything else they have that's orange. We made lots of noise because we are seniors and we are the best. This kid gave me the orange bandana and it made me invincible. It was great. Anyway so there is a one and a half hour assembly at the end of Color Day, where we play games and stuff. Every class comes up with a cheer, and we play some games and we have a newspaper modeling event. All of this is judged and the different places are given points. I don't have any pictures of any of this, because I'm lame like that, but it was a lot of fun! The only thing we won was the newspaper modeling thing. Then at the end, they announced who won Spirit Week, and then they announce who has the lead so far. We didn't win Spirit Week, but we have the most so far because, once again, we are seniors, and you just can't get better than that!!
GO ORANGE!!!
Seniors
The shirts are always decorated according to the theme of the first day, hence the street in San Juan. Our modeling people made our model an outfit that dressed him up like the figure in the very back (I don't know if you can see him). He has a pointy nose and a cool hat. And that's pretty much why we won.
Orange!!
El Orange, hay que bueno es, es, es,
Me inspira y mueve pordoquier, pordoquier
Colores, traigain su pareja (pa que?)
Pa que bailen Orange, Orange puertorriquena!!!
