so this morning, i woke up a little after 10.
it was glorious.
about 20 minutes after that, i got a call from none other than my bestfriend jeehee cho.

she’s been in jerusalem all summer.
we’ve chatted a couple times on gmail and we’ve emailed, but i haven’t been able to actually talk to her.
she tried calling me on saturday, but i was at work.
anywho…it was a fabulous way to start an already awesome day.
why is today such a fabulous day?
here we go…

i’ve never been one of those “country-haters.”
i mean, i wasn’t obsessed with it or anything,
but i did appreciate a good country song now and then.
i liked carrie underwood and rascal flatts…that counted for something right?
but i was recently given a whole heap of country music.
and i’m realizing that i’m a fan.
i guess i should have seen it coming.
after all, i do love me a good rodeo, so it was only a matter of time before i fell in love with country music.
and i’m not saying i’m obsessed by any means.
i just love listening to it…
i’m slowly getting through through the few hours of music i was given and learning the songs.
i already have a few favorites.
here are a few…

favorite couple? the cute old couple. also—notice brad’s guitar. it’s amazing.

love this one.

i debated putting this one up because it’s so depressing. but then again…so is country. but it’s a good one.

this video is a bit cheesy, and a little weird, but i love this song. plus he has a sweet voice. so deal with it.

ok i’ll stop now.
but know that i haven’t heard a rascal flatts song that i didn’t like.

so you know how they say that “time flies when you’re having fun?”
well it’s true.
i can’t believe where time has gone.
but it’s only gonna get better from here on out.
shania twain sad that “it’s important to give it all you have while you have the chance.”
don’t worry.
i plan on doing just that :)
